We believe that a good employment is based on what you really can achieve for your job task. Create yourself a job description for what you are capable of, categorize and rank your capability accordingly.

There are few things that we have to consider before we start to ask or query the job opportunity. We have to measure in many area for example as following:

  1. Are you confident in new working environment?
Normally we are confident of our current job, because we have got used to the job routine and we know where things come and where things go, in this trend we can cope up with extra work and other influences. In new job environment, this may not be the case. We have to start to learn and to get used to the new environment, for instances your new working hours, new workflow, distance of travel to work place, time consumption to arrive office from home, traffic condition, transportation. If you can rule out the flexibility in new working environment as for the instances mentioned above, then you are confident for the basic change that you might meet for your new job.
  2. Can you accept the ongoing job pressure in good psychological manner?
Job pressure might vary in new working environment, some might get less, some might get heavier. Your psychology steadiness is very important during the time your perform in your new job workflow. If you are happy and willing to do the job, this might consider as good initial start. We believe that job pressure is somehow a trend in new environment, we have to get to new workflow, new job sequences and time table, this is unavoidable, and we have to solve this quickly as soon as we step into new working environment.

Normally we have to focus on the workflow, obviously we do not get used to it in the very beginning, but our concentration will make us to focus and get the very fundamental understanding in new environment, thus it is making our pressure gone at the end. For experienced employee, they are able to cope up with new job quickly. Ask and get as more information as we can, by then job routine is formed and gradually our job workflow will be smoother.

  1. Are you able to build up new relationship with different type of colleagues?
We have to meet new colleagues in new working environment, make a good impression and keep your impression steady. Always be polite to your colleagues, have a greeting to your colleagues in the beginning of your every working day. Relationship with your colleagues is the foundation of your career success, always listen to what your colleagues say and ask them if you do not understand, be honest to your colleagues and tell them the job task you really do not know, they will teach you and you are given new knowledge and experience, thanks them who have assisted you.
  2. Are you able to share in the teamwork for achievement?
Always share your achievement with your colleagues, there is no job achievement which is achieved by ourself only in an organization. We know that every job is being assigned, to be processed, to be verified, and to be approved. There are many levels of authority involved in one job. Share our achievement and job for every completed task, this is a very good habit in a harmony and healthy organization.
  3. What is the career improvement that you are pursuing?
After we have rooted in new working environment and our job routine is built up, we might think of our career improvement again, this is what we always think about and we are going to seek new interest in different level of authority, perhaps promotion, or widen the capability of your job role. We believe that the room availability for career improvement is an attractive area for every employee, and we know that “career expansion” could build up good interest towards job promotion. Set your own target for your job promotion, and your job interest will persist in positive way.
